Our teacher gave us some green bean seeds to grow over the
weekend. We put them in water and the the next day the skin
broke. We could see tiny white roots growing out of the seeds.
Our plants grew well over the next few days.
We could see leaves growing from the seeds now.
Darren put many seeds into one container. His green bean plants
grew into a 'tiny forest'. Our teacher told Darren to separate the
plants and grow them in different containers so that they do not
'fight' for food, water and light.
Our plants are really growing well. We want to transfer them
into a pot of soil and let them grow bigger.
